WARRANTY COVERAGE
This warranty applies exclusively to the CORK PADEL rackets purchased directly from authorised retailers or distributors. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal and intended use during the warranty period.

1. WHAT IS COVERED?
The warranty covers the following defects arising from manufacturing or material flaws:
● Cracking or splitting of the racket frame due to structural failure.
● Factory defects in the handle, grip, or surface coating.
● Defects that materially impair the racket’s intended performance.
2. WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
The warranty does not cover:
● Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, scratches, or discolouration of the racket.
● Damage caused by improper use, such as:
○ Striking the floor or other surfaces.
○ Hitting objects other than a padel ball.
● Damage resulting from:
○ Extreme temperatures, exposure to moisture, or prolonged sunlight.
○ Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
● Customisation, alterations, or repairs made by unauthorised parties.
● Replacement of consumable items, such as grips or strings.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
To submit a warranty claim:

2. Provide the following:
○ A clear description of the defect.
○ Photos of the defect and the product.
○ Serial number of the racket (if applicable).
3. Ship the product to the designated service address after receiving instructions.
○ Shipping costs for initial inspection must be covered by the customer.
○ If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product and reimburse standard shipping costs.
WARRANTY RESOLUTION
If the product is deemed defective under the terms of this warranty, we will, at our discretion:
● Repair the product.
● Replace the product with the same model or an equivalent if the original model is discontinued.
Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for:
● Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
● Losses resulting from delays in processing warranty claims.
